Sorting of data in excel is a very handy tool to present the raw data in a meaning full way, For sorting data you just click anywhere inside the data and press the keys ALT +D+S On your keyboard For
excel 2016 and the sort window will appear and now you can select the sorting order on your data, you can also use shortcut like ALT+H+S+U for the same function.
Please Check the Example Picture below After Pressing ALT+D+S you will get the following window
As per your data you can now select the Sorting order
This Shortcut also works for Previous excel versions as well ie,
MS Excel 2013, MS Excel 2010, MS Excel 2007
